Platform and Solutions
What is recruitment marketing?
Recruitment marketing is utilizing marketing strategies and tactics to build a pipeline of qualified talent for your organization. By communicating awareness of your organization through various channels and tactics, you are able to attract, engage and nurture potential candidates.
What are the main parts of the Recruitics platform?
The platform has three modules that work together: Predict (intelligence on where to find talent), Attract (reaching candidates across multiple channels) and Convert (verifying and qualifying candidates before they reach a recruiter). The services expertise of the Recruitics team supports all three.
What is Recruitics Predict?
Predict gives talent acquisition teams real-time performance, employer brand and labor market intelligence so decisions rest on data, not guesswork. It covers three areas: Performance Intelligence (what drives hiring results by channel, market, location and job), Brand Intelligence (how job seekers and employees perceive your brand versus competitors) and Talent Intelligence (supply, demand, compensation, competition and mobility by role and market).
What is Recruitics Attract?
Attract reaches active and passive candidates across LLMs, job boards, social media, search, influencers and more. Its capabilities include Agentic Programmatic (AI that builds a media strategy around a hiring goal and adjusts budgets, channels and bids on its own), Multi-Touch Campaigns, Agentic Sourcing, and Social & Creator Campaigns.
Which channels and partners does Recruitics advertise on?
Recruitics advertises across LLMs, Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Indeed, influencer and creator channels, and job boards. The network is transparent, so employers can see where every dollar goes.
Can Recruitics advertise jobs on LLMs and AI assistants?
Yes. Recruitics uses LLMs as an advertising channel in Attract and tracks how LLMs shape candidate discovery in Predict. It also offers an AI & Search Strategy service and authored the Open Job Context Protocol for AI agents.
What is Recruitics Convert?
Convert turns candidate interest into candidates worth hiring. It removes friction from applying while moving identity verification and qualification before the application, so recruiters review finalists instead of resume stacks.
What is AdaptiveApply?
AdaptiveApply is a job application that adapts to the role and the candidate, built to convert mobile users and AI agents. It verifies identity before submission through ID.me (added May 2026) and adds Voice AI screening through Maki People (added July 2026).
What is ApplyAnywhere?
ApplyAnywhere is the conversion infrastructure behind Recruitics' apply experiences. Launched in April 2025, a single integration sends applications from AdaptiveApply, job-board Easy Apply and other candidate interactions straight into your ATS, with screening and qualification context intact.
Which industries does Recruitics serve?
Recruitics works with many large organizations with specific focus on Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Defense and Technology.
Technology, Data and Security
What is the Talent Market Index?
The Talent Market Index (TMI), launched in May 2024, tracks what employers pay to attract talent through paid job advertising across nine key segments. It gives a real-time view of hiring demand and cost pressure that traditional labor data misses, and it supplements indicators such as BLS and ADP reports.
How much data does the Talent Market Index cover?
The index spans 75+ job classes, 750+ occupations, and all 50 states and major metros. Recruitics publishes the report on a recurring schedule and hosts a briefing for each release.
What is the Open Job Context Protocol (OJCP)?
OJCP is an open-source protocol released in August 2026 and authored by Recruitics CTO Austin Anderson. It gives AI agents the job information they need to enable agentic hiring.
What does "agentic" mean at Recruitics?
Recruitics uses "agentic" for AI that works toward a goal without step-by-step instruction. Agentic Programmatic adjusts media budgets, channels and bids on its own to hit hiring goals, and Agentic Sourcing identifies, engages and nurtures passive talent automatically.
Which applicant tracking systems does Recruitics integrate with?
Recruitics integrates with Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Phenom and Paradox, and states that it has never met an ATS it can't integrate with. AdaptiveApply works in front of your ATS without replacing anything behind it.
What data sources does Predict use?
Predict combines data from sources including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, the U.S. Department of Labor, Public Insight and Recruitics' own proprietary data. Recruitics says results are benchmarked against billions of data points.
Is Recruitics secure and compliant?
Yes. Recruitics is SOC 2 Type II certified and compliant with GDPR and CCPA. Its Security and Trust page describes end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, employee security training, secure development practices, user-controlled privacy preferences and incident response planning.
