Drive Applications to Priority Positions

Recruitics helps one of the world’s best hospitals decrease its cost per applicant resulting in a 29% budget savings.

Challenge

A healthcare company has less than half of the open jobs and less budget year over year, but still has ongoing needs to hire registered nurses (RNs), allied health professionals and physicians as priority recruitment areas, as well as other healthcare and supporting roles.

Strategy

Recruitics manages, analyzes and optimizes a recruitment media mix of pay-per-click (PPC) programmatic job advertising channels to drive applications for priority hiring areas. Programmatic rules include decreasing CPC bids and reducing wasteful spend on poor performing media expansions. Additionally, Recruitics expanded media mix recently with small investments to more publishers to maximize job seeker reach for high priority job categories.

Results

Despite the decrease in job volume by 50% year over year due to COVID-19 impact, Recruitics delivered consistent applicant flow cost-effectively by decreasing the average CPA across all open jobs by 28%. This resulted in a 29% budget savings for the month.
